Complete the form below to update your Lenel badge training credentials (Sites/Essentials/OSHA/Alky) without having to stand in lines or even come in to the Badging Office!

BADGE UPDATES

Badges may be updated online if ALL of the following criteria are met:

Lenel Badge is still active and has not been deactivated
TWIC must still be valid from the last badge update or issuance
TWIC must already be linked to the LENEL Badge

Please allow 24 hours from submission (during normal business hours) for your request to be processed.

IF YOUR LENEL BADGE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED FOR ANY REASON, AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR COMPANY MUST MAKE THE REQUEST TO HAVE YOUR BADGE REACTIVATED!
